As always, there are a number of different Marilyn calendars on sale for 2018. Cream of the crop is this high-quality French product from Hugo Image.
TeNeues has also produced a Marilyn calendar …
… And diary (although eagle-eyed fans may notice the cover photo has been flipped – Marilyn’s iconic beauty spot is on the wrong side…)
Finally, here’s a few more…
As another year draws to an end, there is a wide range of Marilyn calendars on the market. Known for high quality, Hugo Image has produced another large-scale calendar with 25 photos inside.
Now in its fifth year, Fox Presents the Films of Marilyn have released another great calendar for movie fans, with quotes from characters she played (though they do tend to favour her pre-Seven Year Itch era.)
If you’re interested in other stars from Marilyn’s heyday, why not try this new Hollywood Actresses calendar, which includes a free poster…
And finally – if you keep a diary, this spiral-bound planner, illustrated with photos by Milton Greene, may be for you.
Marilyn also graces the cover of a Life ‘Iconic Women’ diary.
As usual, there is a vast array of Marilyn-themed calendars on sale for the coming year. Unfortunately, some publishers have succumbed to the lamentable trend for Photoshopped images and unsourced quotes. Here are some of the better items on offer.
This year’s offering from the French company, Hugo Image Calendars – known for their high quality products – includes twenty images in large format.
In association with Twentieth Century-Fox, Brown Trout has produced their third ‘Films of Marilyn‘ calendar this year.
A number of Marilyn-themed diaries have also been released, including Day Dream’s spiral-bound planner – ideal for jotting down future engagements.
For personal diarists, TeNeues remains the best choice. Marilyn graces the cover of next year’s Magneto diary – complementing their annual Glamour calendar. Heiner Meyer’s Marilyn- themed artwork also features inside, as well as portraits of other vintage stars, including Brigitte Bardot and Elizabeth Taylor.
